Heroes: A Rendezvous With Destiny
By Jeanne Bradley

Bring your homeschool to life with a brain-firing EPIC Adventure!
Heroes is an EPIC Adventure extremely relevant to today, a time when America is being compared to pre-World War II Europe.
Educate your children to World War II history and prepare them for today!
This is urgent if you wish to have your children meet with World War II Veterans.
(Yes - I realized too late, to my chagrin, when I drew the Adventure Mindmap, above, that I mis-spelled "rendezvous.")

KEY POINTS
The Key Points for all Topics are the key information from the knowledge base that we researched and organized to present to the students.
They include blank Key Point picture mindmaps.
INQUIRIES
A set of Inquiry projects accompanies each set of Key Points.
Inquiries are projects that build and expand upon the Key Point information and are the jumping-off point that allows students to work with the Key Point information in a meaningful way that enhances understanding and memory through problem-solving and product-producing pursuits, and provides an opportunity to learn needed skills in the context of meaningful work.
Inquiries include work in all the subject areas:
- Language Arts
- Social Studies
- Science
- Math
- Art
- Music
- Movement, Dance and Drama
You will choose which Inquiries you will do together and which and how many the students will choose from. Students may come up with their own Inquiry project ideas, which of course, is great!
RESEARCH PROJECTS
At the beginning of every EPIC AdventureTM, once you have explained the Adventure ahead and what they will learn about throughout the year, students may take a week to ponder which Topic they would like to pursue in a year-long Research Project, where they become an expert on the subject (explained in your materials).
